We talk to author and activist, Ashton Applewhite, about how later life can be full of power and liberation if we choose to claim it. Ageism has been called the ‘last acceptable prejudice” – but ageing is also one of the fundamental markers of human progress, with a vast and growing demographic of people now living longer than ever.
